Delete Your SleepAnchor Account and Data

SleepAnchor stores almost everything on your device. The only data that lives in the cloud belongs to the optional Accountability and Community features (an anonymous Firebase account, shared check-ins, invite codes, opt-in community statistics).

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open Settings → Data Management.
Tap Delete cloud account and confirm.
This deletes your anonymous cloud account, your accountability profile, all shared check-ins, your invite code, and your community statistics. Any partner link is removed for both sides.
To also erase everything on the device, use Delete all data on the same screen.

Option 2 — By email

Email support@dwurdy.com with the subject "Account deletion" from any mailbox. Because the account is anonymous, include your invite code (shown in Settings → Accountability) if you have one — it lets us locate the correct anonymous record. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Honest caveats

Anonymous accounts hold no email or name. If your login session was too stale, the app deletes all cloud data and signs you out; the empty account record expires automatically on Google's side.
Crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics) follow their own retention (~90 days) and are not linked to your account id after deletion.
